The Gym Nest Activity Center is hiring a Part-Time Manager to lead with energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for excellence! This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations, motivate staff, and ensure an outstanding customer experience in a growing children's activity center. As a key leader, you will manage team performance, motivate and lead staff members to ensure optimal performance , and contribute to the gym's success through effective management and strategic planning. A background or experience in gymnastics, cheer, or teaching is preferred. However, having the right personality and skillet is the most important.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of customer service Lead, train, and develop team members in coaching techniques, skill progression, and class management. Manage enrollments, scheduling, and membership numbers Conduct interviews for new hires and facilitate employee orientation and training sessions Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to boost visibility and sales growth Strong skills in management and team leadership Excellent communication skills Self motivated - be able to spot a problem and find a solution
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
