The Role

As a Lumen Manager Outside Sales, you will supervise a team of Outside Sales Agents. You will direct and coordinate the activities of outside sales agents (represented or non-represented) in various locations in their respective markets, ensuring each location meets or exceeds revenue and product objectives and profitability. The Main Responsibilities

• Establish plans and provide leadership to sales team in assigned Consumer Territory
• Drive plans to maximize revenue and penetration in under-utilized assets in targeted geographies
• Manages assigned Multi Dwelling Units building relationships while leading outside sellers to exceed building unit objectives
• Leader of consumer in market Responsible for relationships with local community and partner organization
• Direct sales leadership and development of a team of sales agents
• Accountable for consumer revenue, unit, and customer responsibility in assigned territory

What We Look For in a Candidate

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
• 5+ years of related experience
• Ability to travel up to 75%
• Valid Driver s License and acceptable driving record (MVR check may be required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the telecommunications field
• Experience with Alternate Channel Distribution Indirect Retail, MDU, Door to Door, and Big Box Retailers

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
