As a

Manager

you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating various aspects of our operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of employees and contributing to the achievement of our strategic goals.


Responsibilities:
Provide guidance, direction, and mentorship to team members Foster a positive and collaborative work environment Set performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations Monitor daily operations to ensure they align with company standards Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes Manage and prioritize projects to meet deadlines and objectives Allocate resources effectively to maximize project outcomes Ensure project goals and KPIs are met Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards Address compliance issues promptly and effectively

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred 3-5 years of proven experience in a managerial role Ophthalmology clinical and/or supervisory experience is overwhelmingly preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
