We are currently seeking a Manager of Enterprise Improvement at our Jonesboro location. This position is responsible for leading and directing a team of Industrial Engineers as they drive process improvement in the manufacturing area by monitoring current processes, identifying waste and eliminating it. This group plays a key role in determining capital needs, leading projects, developing cost reductions and safety improvements.



Responsibilities



Work with production employees to identify areas for improvement Develop processes to improve flow in manufacturing Work with Focus Factory management to implement and complete cost saving projects Monitor and report on scrap activities for plant Research equipment related to capital improvements Provide direction and make job assignments as necessary to meet demands of workload Ensure adherence to established company policy and process, being an advocate for change and innovation to continuously improve Perform any other related duties as required or assigned

Qualifications



Ability to effectively communicate with vendors, employees and the public Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Ability to carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Education



A bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus 3 years of related experience and/or training is required. 5 years of related management experience is required.
