Manages mental and behavioral health services, which can include the treatment of emotional, mental, addiction, and other behavioral disorders.

Provides periodic professional develop trainings
Ensures quality, person-centered care is occurring through each intervention
Ensures the operational environment meets clinical care needs
Ensures proper staffing in all settings along with communication to staff in a timely manner
Ensures all regulations, documentation, billing, and data reporting are met
Ensure the use of appropriate safety planning with the consumer, family, and treatment team
Completes rounding on staff as directed
Collaborates with community partners the team is working with to ensure appropriate coordination of care is occurring
Participates in program planning, development, budgeting, and operation.
Participates in the hiring process and training of new staff.
Provides services as a QMHP, including, but not limited to, crisis assessments, hospital screening, and treatment planning
Act in accordance with the established mission, vision, and values.
Abide by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability privacy and security regulations regarding all aspects of Protected Health Information (PHI).
Maintain effective communication and professional working relationships with patients/clients and their representatives, team members, contractors, physicians, peers, outside agencies, and the public.

Minimum Qualifications:
Required Education and ExperienceMaster's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
Required License/Certifications/RegistrationsBSRB Licensed at Master's Level Clinician.
All necessary trainings for delivering specialized care, including all applicable trainings for being a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP).
Valid Driver's License (if position requires driving)
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred Education and ExperienceLeadership and/or management training
Three to five years of experience working with diverse client population including high-risk populations.
Specialized treatment including EMDR, DBT, SFBT, Motivational Interviewing, CBT and other evidenced based treatments.
Preferred License/Certifications/RegistrationsClinical Level Licensure by BSRB.
Substance Use Disorder Licensure.
Ability to supervise other clinicians for their clinical licensure (must have 2 years of experience after gaining clinical licensure).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Knowledge of various theoretical treatments and practice applications.
Knowledge and practice derived from direct service provision.
Knowledge and skills providing crisis intervention.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to make accurate clinical assessments of mental and behavioral conditions.
Physical Requirements:With or without accommodation.Light Work: Occasionally exerting up to 25 lbs - frequently exerting up to 10 lbs. 11-25% of the day may be standing or walking.
