Sonic\'s unique service delivery system provides personalized carhop service that\'s fast and convenient along with dine in experience. As a Manager, your duties include:

• Ensures customers are serviced at the highest level of satisfaction through quality food, courteous employees and quick response to needs. Individual must be comfortable with addressing and resolving complaints in a professional manner.
• Assists drive-in management in implementing the restaurant plan in order to meet established operating standards, sales and profits.
• Assists in training and motivating crew members and performing the work functions in the Seven Basic Stations as needed.
• Directs and assigns drive-in restaurant employees as needed to ensure all aspects of food service meet operational standards
• Individual will work with management in a manner that helps control costs and assists in managing daily operations.
• Ability to work flexible schedule for the needs of the business and to perform open / closing duties
• Strong Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead team members
• Individual must be a Team Player willing to meet and exceed drive \xe2\x80\x93 in goals and objectives, open communication, cleanliness and safety

Candidate must have a valid drivers license. Minimum 1-year experience as a restaurant manager or similar experience required.
