Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on

Manager

to lead daily operations and motivate our team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
This role oversees

attractions, food & beverage, and overall park performance

-- ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.

The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and passionate about

hospitality, safety, and team leadership

in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee

daily park operations

, including attractions, arcade, food & beverage, and birthday party execution. Lead, train, and motivate team members to ensure high performance and excellent guest service. Supervise

shift operations

, ensuring smooth transitions, proper coverage, and adherence to safety protocols. Maintain

cleanliness, organization, and compliance

with health and safety regulations. Manage

staff scheduling, hiring, and performance evaluations

to build a strong, reliable team. Monitor

sales, labor, and cost controls

using systems like

CenterEdge POS

or similar platforms. Ensure proper handling of

cash management and daily reports

. Handle guest concerns promptly, maintaining a positive experience for every visitor. Oversee

inventory, food quality, and redemption stock control

to minimize waste and shortages. Support

marketing promotions, memberships, and group events

to drive attendance and revenue. Promote a

fun, safe, and energetic environment

that reflects the Off the Wall brand and values.

Qualifications

2+ years of management experience

in family entertainment, attractions, food service, or hospitality. Proven ability to

lead and develop a team

of 20+ employees. Hands-on experience with

POS systems

(CenterEdge, Toast, or similar). Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to stay calm under pressure. Knowledge of

food safety, sanitation, and attraction safety procedures

. Excellent

communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

. Available to work

evenings, weekends, and holidays

. Event planning, birthday party coordination, or group sales experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
