Manager, Marketing and Influencer Analytics
Summary of Position
The Manager, Marketing & Influencer Analytics will play a key role in providing analysis in support of Influencer, Brand Partnerships, PR, and other marketing activities to bring data-informed strategic decisions to the marketing organization. A successful manager in this role will be able to analyze performance metrics (impressions, engagement, organic reach, CTR, etc.) of active campaigns and make recommendations for further investment or corrective actions based on their assessment. The ideal candidate will be able to partner cross-functionally to align recommendations with business objectives for the product line or category and understand the sales implications. They will also be able to weave together data from a variety of sources to synthesize complex analytics into actionable direction and potential ROI. This position is part of a dynamic team that works in a fast-paced environment, where keen attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and an ability to work cross-functionally are crucial to success.
