Temazcal Tequila Cantina is looking for a talented and passionate Restaurant Manager to help lead the team in our extremely busy Lynnfield MA location. If you enjoy hospitality, high volume pace and working with others, then this would be the perfect opportunity for you.

Established in 2013, Temazcal Lynnfield offers an elegant setting where each guest can enjoy authentic Mexican food along with a variety of handcrafted cocktails including over 250 tequilas in-house. Qualifications for Manager:

-Ability to motivate and lead a team

-Friendly, professional, and outgoing

-Self-motivated and detail oriented

-Treats co-workers with respect and is open to new ideas

-Flexible schedule, nights, weekends, and holidays

-Comprehensive understanding of operations, including inventories, ordering, schedules, costs, and labor

-Passion for fresh ingredients and a scratch kitchen

-A drive to both learn and teach everyday

-Excel in a fast paced, high volume work environment

-Actively engage with team members to drive their success and cultivate a strong team environment

-Our Managers are hands-on, and lead by example
