The Manager, Learning Services will direct a team of Learning Mangers and Learning Specialists to support the analysis, design, development, delivery and measurement of the CDCS learning plan in a region (US, EMEA or APAC). This leader will ensure the instructional design/course development, sourcing and portfolio management processes; as well as service level agreements are followed. Success in this role depends on a candidate\xe2\x80\x99s ability to provide strategic and operational direction and guidance to Learning Managers and Learning Specialists.

Coach and lead a team of Learning Managers and Learning Specialists.
Responsible for providing strategic guidance and oversight for all training needs analysis, design, development and delivery of learning solutions across the region.
Drive a learning based culture through the implementation of the 70/20/10 model, the 5-Step learning model and bite sized learning.
Design, develop and deliver complex learning solutions.
Translate learning strategies into learning programs.
Ensure cores process (ADDIE), content authoring standard and suite of tools are leveraged.
Accountable for the overall quality and execution of all learning design and development projects.
Manage the portfolio of learning solution projects in support of CDCS in the region.
Execute sourcing strategies to ensure successful implementation of the CDCS annual learning plan.
Collaborate with the Learning Operations & Solutions Strategy group to leverage the learning technology roadmap.
Partner with Learning Partners to optimally meet the needs of business to address performance gaps.
Education / Qualifications
Required: Minimum of 4 years of related experience, with minimum 1 years of leadership and management experience (matrixed management acceptable)
Preferred: Leadership in areas of learning, talent, HR, or comparable areas; experience in applicable technical/professional areas pertinent to the business unit / function served (e. g., PM, TA, ClinOps etc.)

Pay Range: $95,000 - $110,000/year
