The Rhoyal Bistro Live is a premier luxury dining destination known for its cuisine, exceptional service, live entertainment and amazing ambiance. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Job Summary:

As the Assistant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our luxury restaurant. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure that our guests receive the highest level of service and that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist Owners in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and minor back-of-house activities. Ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests by maintaining the highest standards of service and hospitality. Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment. Monitor and maintain quality control for all food and beverage offerings. Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure FOH is trained to on all items on menu and can upsell and pair bar items. Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with grace and professionalism. Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive repeat business. Assist in scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Support marketing and promotional efforts to attract and retain customers.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in restaurant industry. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. A deep passion for food, wine, and exceptional service. Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A proactive and problem-solving mindset. A degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
