This position is located at the Los Angeles Metro Industry Business Center in Covina.


The incumbent functions as an Administrative Manager of a Grade V Industry Business Center (IBC), providing vehicle registration and other services to Industry clientele. Under the direction of the office manager, the Administrative Manager performs all or a combination of duties related to daily supervision; cashiering; scheduling; training; equipment monitoring; acts as an office liaison; security personnel; quality review; and may perform other job-related duties as required.

This Limited Term position may be extended to 24 months and may become Permanent.
