What You'll Learn:
Operational systems for Front and Back of House
Labor management, food safety, inventory, and shift control
Leadership communication, team motivation, and conflict resolution
Business metrics like food/labor cost and guest satisfaction scores
Ideal Candidate Traits:
Leadership experience preferred, but not required
Quick learner, great with people, and thrives on feedback
