About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership role with early morning shifts (typically 5 or 6am to 1 or 2pm) and a 50-55 hour workweek. We're especially interested in candidates with QSR leadership experience, or those currently in crew roles looking to take the next step into management.
Key Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient shift execution
Assist in training and developing new team members
Help implement local sales initiatives and drive overall performance
Monitor labor and food costs, guest feedback, and operational standards
Complete administrative tasks including scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ordering
Step in for the Store Manager as needed
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a quick-service or fast-paced, customer-facing role
Leadership or shift lead experience strongly preferred
Prior experience at this brand is a plus but not required
Reliable, organized, and comfortable with early mornings and active shifts
High school diploma or equivalent
Able to stand and move for up to 12 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
