is the premier operator of pawnshops in Michigan. We are nationally known for our store at 8 Mile and Greenfield and operate 4 other locations in Hazel Park, Pontiac, Lincoln Park and Southgate.

We are in a period of exciting growth and looking for retail management professionals with strong, confident leadership skills to join our team.

Understand Profit and Loss statements with focus on managing and moving all merchandise ranging from fine jewelry to electronics to home furnishings. Able to report to owners and be a part of a leadership team with focus on understanding current business trends and future business needs.

Requirements:

2+ years of proven

leadership track record

in sales or at a multiunit level

2 + years of retail sales

experience Proven track record

training and development

Interpersonal skills

to deal with all personality types in a friendly, courteous, and polite manner. Excellent

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
