Jersey Mike's Brighton is looking for a motivated leader to join our team as a Manager in Training. This position prepares you for an Assistant Manager role through hands-on training and daily operational leadership.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and support the team during shifts
- Maintain quality, speed, and service standards
- Assist with training new team members
- Support inventory, prep, and store cleanliness
- Work closely with management to learn all store operations
