What you\'ll do...

Manager II, Global Regulatory Change Management

The Global Regulatory Change Management (GRCM) Team is responsible for program design, program governance, and reporting of regulatory changes, regulatory agency contacts, and fines and penalties in all countries in which Walmart operates. GRCM also monitors regulatory changes for US Consumer Protection, Product Safety & Compliance, Food Safety, Financial Services, WIC & SNAP, Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Health & Wellness.

As the Manager II, U.S. Regulatory Change Management, you will be responsible for identifying, monitoring, and summarizing legislation and regulatory activity in the United States; communicating legislation and regulatory activity to various company stakeholders; supporting GRCM projects, and responsible for executing US program improvements.

You\'ll make an impact by:

  • Facilitating regulatory change management in the United States: Identify and monitor regulatory change, communicate information to stakeholders, coordinate communication and collaboration related to regulatory change and amongst stakeholders.
  • Enhancing program effectiveness and efficiencies: Develop and implement changes to program requirements, systems, and processes to be more efficient and effective; identify program gaps and solutions.
  • Building strategic relationships: Build relationships with key stakeholders to help drive priorities.
  • Planning, leading, coordinating, and collaborating communication related to regulatory change amongst business partners
  • Understanding key compliance areas to better understand potential impact of legislation and regulatory activity and summarizing legislation and regulatory activity for non-Legal audiences

Minimum Qualifications...
