This position is located at the Riverside East Field Office in Riverside.
As an Administrative Manager of a Grade IV field office, duties include, but are not limited to, overseeing the daily operations of the field office providing driver license and vehicle registration services to the public. Through planning, organizing, personnel management, and assigning and directing work, the Administrative Manager will be responsible for all or a combination of the following under the direction of the Office Manager: daily office operations, safety and security, office reports, surveys, building, grounds, contracts, audit, personnel, inventory, supplies, training, and office equipment; and assisting in creating and maintaining a collaborative team environment based on respect, integrity, honesty and accuracy.
