Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:
In collaboration with the Director of HR, assists in the development of programs that create and maintain a highly competitive and attractive workplace environment that position the Organization as an employer of choice. Also works with the Director to engage and retain the talent that the Organization needs while ensuring compliance with employment laws. Oversees the Leave Management team and outsourced leave process to ensure legal compliance with FMLA, NJ State Legislature, ADA and all other types of leaves of absence as required by law.
EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably a degree in Psychology, Human Resources or Business Administration, or pertinent experience in Human Resources management. * Master's degree in related field and professional certification in HR preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

• At least 5 years of experience in human resources related areas, such as employee relations, LOA, and/or HR operations. Prior experience leading teams in these areas is highly desirable and preferred. * Demonstrated service and customer orientation and ability to exhibit Valley's leadership and service standards.

SPECIAL SKILLS:

• Requires a strong employment law knowledge and background. * Strong project management, process improvement, program development, decision-making, change management, and analytical skills required.

Pay Range: $114,108.80 - $142,636.00
