POSITION SUMMARY:
In collaboration with the Director of HR, assists in the development of programs that create and maintain a highly competitive and attractive workplace environment that position the Organization as an employer of choice. Also works with the Director to engage and retain the talent that the Organization needs while ensuring compliance with employment laws. Oversees the Leave Management team and outsourced leave process to ensure legal compliance with FMLA, NJ State Legislature, ADA and all other types of leaves of absence as required by law.
