Physical Requirements

Lift, pull, push, stand and walk with objects up to 50 pounds, sit for extended periods of time, repetitive motion, occasion extreme temperatures, and able to walk across campus and climb stairs.

Shift

Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM; and may need to work nights and weekends to meet departmental needs.

Job Summary

The Assistant Director supports the daily operations of the Housing Assignments Office and directly oversees assignment processes for incoming and returning students. This role manages staff, ensures consistent service delivery, and implements workflows in StarRez that align with institutional housing policies. The Assistant Director collaborates with other university units to facilitate timely, policy-compliant student housing processes.
