How will you make an impact in this role?
Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the leading payments provider for businesses and corporations of all sizes, with small business being the largest customer segment and a continued area of investment and focus. The Small Business Marketing Team is responsible for acquisition and customer engagement marketing for all Small Business Charge, Proprietary Lending, and Co-Brand cards.
Within Small Business Marketing, the Partner Marketing team is responsible for acquiring new co-brand customers and deepening engagement with our existing co-brand customers to accelerate growth and momentum for the business. The Senior Manager, Hospitality Co-Brand Customer Marketing role will lead the customer growth and loyalty strategy across Marriott & Hilton marketing channels. This role will require effective management of multiple high-impact initiatives, with a keen appreciation for both strategic and operational implications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver customer first, insight-based, customer marketing strategies aligned with partner and product priorities, to drive loyalty and spend
Serve as go-to-market Customer Marketing champion for new card benefits and offers
Manage, evaluate and optimize customer treatment offer strategy and performance
Liaise with both internal stakeholders and external Marriott & Hilton partners to deliver holistic campaign strategies
Partner with external agencies to develop compelling customer journeys, creative and messaging to clearly communicate key product benefits
Analyze campaign results to help drive future strategies
Develop and own forecasts for growth treatments and offers
Coach, motivate and develop 3 direct reports and support the ongoing development of the wider team culture
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
Customer-focused marketer, able to develop and implement key marketing initiatives across portfolios and throughout the Card Member lifecycle
Strong analytical skills with ability to understand performance drivers and extract the most relevant insights to drive results
Strong relationship building and partner management experience, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate with colleagues at all levels * Excellent prioritization, project management, and influencing skills to bring together stakeholders and drive outcomes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical thinker with ability to leverage data to inform and influence decision-making
Preferred Qualifications:
People leadership experience a plus
Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually + bonus + benefits
