Hawai\'i Pacific Health is a not-for-profit health care network with over 70 locations statewide including medical centers, clinics, physicians and other caregivers serving Hawai\'i and the Pacific Region with high quality, compassionate care. The Revenue Integrity department ensures that Revenue Cycle staff and activity are in compliance with applicable State and Federal laws, regulations and organizational policies. It achieves this by collaborating with Revenue Cycle Task Force committees and processes for Hospital, Physician, Pharmacy, Pacific Islanders, Worker compensation, and direct oversight and management of the Billing, Charge Description Management, Coding, Admissions and Financial Service functions. As the Manager of Revenue Integrity, you will manage the enhancement and overall effectiveness of patient net revenue realization and minimize revenue leakage for the physician and hospital revenue cycles. You will direct and assist in the development and implementation of process enhancements for enterprise and departmental initiatives to enhance charge capture accuracy and reimbursement. In addition, you will oversee staff within the Revenue Integrity Department and will be responsible for oversight, understanding of departmental charging processes, including electronic health record charge capture interfaces, claims denial analysis and payer contract reimbursement compliance to support revenue cycle goals in decreasing controllable administrative adjustments while working with the Compliance Department in assessing, identifying, and resolving potential revenue cycle billing compliance risks. Location: Hawaii Pacific Health, Honolulu, HI Work Schedule: Day - 8 Hours Work Type: Full Time Regular FTE: 1.000000 Bargaining Unit: Non-Bargaining Exempt: Yes Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or health care related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience. Valid driver\'s license and current Hawaii auto insurance. Five (5) years of experience with hospital revenue cycle management including registration/admissions, patient accounting, charge systems or revenue cycle systems support. Preferred Qualifications: Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree. Certification in one or more Epic applications (ADT, Prelude, Resolute Hospital Billing, Resolute Professional Billing). Three (3) years of management or system implementation experience in registration/admissions, patient accounting, charge systems or revenue cycle systems support.
