Hiring, coaching, and developing the Engineering team to achieve the highest levels of compliance, role specialization, and creative collaboration. They also continuously write and improve global engineering processes that facilitate the efficient creation of high-quality engineered sealing products to the customer delivery and product sustainment steps in a scalable and controlled manner that is compliant to relevant standard processes such as ISO9001 and AS9100.

We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you'll be accountable to hit the following numbers each week:
90% OTD for all Engineering tasks assigned by the Opportunity Management department.
Average 3 Solution Design Workshops per week
Average 1.5 New Products (i.e. new custom part number) released per week
Expectations on Qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
5 years + Experience
Seal design experience preferred
Familiar with a variety of engineering concepts, practices and procedures
Ability to Speak and Read English

This role will be an in office role with some domestic and international travel required.
