Position\'s Objective & Summary:

This roles primary functions include: Driving the Global Finance and FSO (Commercial Finance & Sales Operations) data architecture in partnership with the Corporate EDW team; analytical business partnership to Corporate Finance functions; and leading the strategy and innovation of our Finance Analytics function.

Roles and Responsibilities * Lead a team of 3 high performing Business Intelligence Analysts

  • Work in partnership with IT system owners, EDW data architecture owners, and Finance business process owners to lead the planning, prioritization, and alignment on critical analytics initiatives and EDW demand process.
  • Analytical business partnership to Corporate Finance functions (Treasury, IR, Revenue, Accounting, FP&A, AR and Fixed Assets) to improve 3i (insights, influence and impact) and improve productivity within those teams and functions
  • Partner with Enterprise Analytics and IT teams to develop the EDW roadmap and lead the strategy for Advanced Analytics within Finance, including generative AI and other emerging innovative trends
  • Establish and provide data steward services to improve master data integrity and controls within EDW datasets and tools to significantly reduce manual reconciliation efforts and data quality challenges
  • Work in partnership with the Finance Learning Academy to provide impactful training and tools to progress the finance organization\'s analytical capabilities and productivity.
  • Plays critical role during project execution phases to ensure proper communication across Finance owners and updates to analytics training and tools.
  • Shepherd the process of maturing EDW reporting prototypes and ad-hoc analyses into robust production ready data products including but not limited to oversight into Finance systems enhancements, business process alignment, and underlying data architecture work streams.
  • Support the FP&A and FSO teams in blueprinting and development of systems implementations to ensure that data architecture needs are fully considered up front in the design, are delivered as per business expectations and with high data integrity
Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
  • Minimum bachelor\'s degree (Master\'s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, business analytics, and systems implementations.
  • Desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced organization.
  • High degree of technical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytically-driven problem solving ability.
  • Intellectual curiosity and ability to navigate ambiguous circumstances.
  • Profound analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Expert financial and business modeling experience.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate across organizations and synthesize a wide set of inputs and requests.
  • Highly structured and organized.
  • Must be willing/able to work onsite 2-3 days/week in our Sunnyvale, CA office.

It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The target salary ranges are listed.
