The Manager, F&B (Restaurant Manager) is responsible for assisting the Director of Operations and Restaurant General Manager in the oversight of all aspects of restaurant and bar operations to deliver exceptional service, quality, and hospitality in alignment with Gravity Haus standards. This role manages day-to-day F&B operations, including dining outlets, bar service, and events, while ensuring profitability, efficiency, and compliance with health and safety standards. The Restaurant Manager plays a key leadership role in training, coaching, and motivating team members to create memorable experiences for guests and members alike.
