Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Environmental Services Manager, you will provide leadership, direction and management oversight for continuous improvement of the standard EVS operating model within the facility.

Every day, you will manage a highly equipped and engaged Environmental Services Team using evidence-based techniques, process and mission metrics (KPIs) to ensure we provide a clean safe environment as we help save lives.

What you'll do...

Directly supervising daily activities within the EVS and Laundry Departments. This encompasses managing staffing levels, workload distribution, recruitment, training, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations, all while ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety for patients, visitors, and staff. Maintaining clear and consistent communication, both written and verbal, with direct reports, internal customers, and management. Developing and managing department budgets, inventory, policies, procedures, and regulatory documentation. Job Requirements

Three (3) years experience in a supervisory role. One (1) year supervisory experience managing and scheduling staff.

Preferred:

Certified Environmental Services Tech (CHEST) preferred.

Pay Range

$23.22 - $34.54 /hour
