THE JOB:



At MGM Resorts International, we use data to understand our guests, elevate our strategies, and shape the future of hospitality and entertainment. As the Manager of Analytics, you will lead efforts responsible for driving high-impact insights across our North American portfolio. Your work will influence customer segmentation, campaign performance, and marketing optimization--helping us deliver meaningful, memorable experiences at scale.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:



Lead, coach, and develop a team while fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance. Drive analytical strategy, tools, and methodologies that elevate our understanding of customer behavior and marketing effectiveness. Translate business questions into structured analyses and communicate findings in clear, actionable ways to technical and non-technical audiences. Query, interpret, and analyze complex datasets to produce insights related to customer trends, campaign performance, A/B testing, and channel optimization. Partner closely with property teams and the Center of Excellence to inform marketing decisions and support enterprise-wide analytics initiatives. Collaborate with the Director of Analytics on roadmap planning, stakeholder communication, and long-term strategy. Maintain accurate documentation, manage priorities, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality analytical outputs. Uphold MGM's commitment to diversity, service excellence, and employee development across your team.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:



Bachelor's degree or higher required. 2+ years of prior relevant experience. Experience with SQL, Cognos or similar BI tools, and advanced Excel. Experience with Power BI or similar visualization platforms. Strong understanding of marketing principles, segmentation, and campaign strategy. Ability to turn data into a clear, persuasive narrative that drives decision-making. Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while leading multiple projects and priorities. Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to anticipate business needs, identify risks/opportunities, and propose solutions. Demonstrated success driving performance improvement through analytics. Experience in casino or hospitality marketing preferred.
