Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Manager to oversee our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in shift management, food service management, and possess strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including overseeing staff, customer service, and food quality
- Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in food production and service
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and inventory management
- Coordinate fine dining experiences, banquets, and special events
- Assist in developing strategies to enhance overall restaurant performance
Skills:
- Proven experience in food service management with a focus on inventory management
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Background in fine dining or banquet services is a plus
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager in the restaurant industry
