Job Description

Reporting to the Director Resort Marketing, the Manager Database Analytics will use their keen technical, analytical, communication and leadership skills to lead a team of analytics and database marketing professionals to deliver targeted direct mail and email campaigns to past guests and prospective customers to meet overall growth, sales and profitability objectives.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:Creates and maintain the segmentation of monthly direct marketing campaigns; reviews market analysis for the purpose of making new recommendations to improve the success rate of such campaigns. Leads the teams that perform data extraction, list generation and loading into casino, CRM, and marketing automation systems with a keen eye for data quality and ability to manage workload. Proactively initiates ideas for testing new campaign packages and concepts; work with internal and external resources to help design and execute. Investigates and helps solve data quality issues; trains users as needed. - Ensure campaign performance reports, monthly reports, and lead generation reports are created, updated, and delivered with high accuracy and consistency to key stakeholders. Serve as a liaison between technical teams and marketing leadership to translate insights into strategic actions. Align closely with the Marketing and Data Services team at the sister property to leverage shared workflows, tools and best practices. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce duplication and enhance campaign effectiveness through collaboration. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field required. Master's preferred. Equivalent combination of progressive, relevant, and direct experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements. Demonstrated experience developing department goals and action plans in accordance with property and overall company goals. Minimum of three years of analytical experience required, SAS or SQL required. . Relevant Casino experience required. Experience with Konami/Synkros patron gaming tracking system is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge and experience leveraging player tracking systems and reports. Experience working with Konami or other casino customer management systems preferred. Minimum of 3 years experience with Business Intelligence Visual Analytics Tools such as PowerBI or Tableau. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required. Familiarity with marketing methodologies and systems such as segmentation modeling, targeting, CRM, and ROI projections and evaluation. Experience working with relational databases and enterprise reporting tools is required. Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric is highly preferred. Team member must have experience demonstrating the utmost discretion and confidentiality as they will have access to confidential information including, but not limited to: Social Security numbers, customer contact information, customer financial data, and organizational financial data. Must obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming License.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:Primary work environment is in a climate-controlled office setting. Work requires travel to attend meetings, trade shows, and conferences. Incumbents may be required to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. Strength sufficient to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects and/or move up to 40 pounds occasionally. Sedentary work: involves sitting most of the time. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. Physical activities that apply to the essential functions of the position are balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions. Hearing sufficient to hear conversational levels in person, via videoconference and over the telephone. Speech sufficient to make oneself heard and understood in person, in front of groups, in meetings, via videoconference and over the telephone. Visual acuity that meets the requirements of the position: The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; expansive reading and visual inspection of Team Members, visitors, or facility. Mobility sufficient to safely move in an office environment, walk, stoop, bend and kneel, and enter, exit, and operate a motor vehicle in the course of travel to promotional events, meetings, conferences, trade shows and San Manuel properties. Endurance sufficient to sit, walk and stand for extended periods, and maintain efficiency throughout the entire work shift and during extended work hours. The Team Member may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles including secondhand smoke.
