The Manager, Corporate Relations is responsible for supporting the Director of Corporate Relations in the planning and implementation of the museum's corporate giving programs including exhibition, special events and program sponsorships along with private external Art Week rentals, corporate memberships, and the museum's hospitality program. This position reports directly to the Director of Corporate Relations and collaborates across departments to represent the museum to current and prospective donors, supporting corporate engagement and sponsorship opportunities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing/public relations, museum studies or related field.
Minimum of two (2) years of proven experience in fundraising, sales, business development, or corporate relations.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for persuasive storytelling and presentation.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders and influential audiences.
Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Blackbaud CRM systems and Adobe products is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience preferably in the art museum, cultural institution or non-profit setting.
Public Relations or experiential marketing experience.
Knowledge of Spanish a plus.

Essential Functions
include, but are not limited to:
Support the Director of Corporate Relations in revenue-generating activities, including pipeline management, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of corporate donors.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing corporate donors, including past supporters and new prospects, and represent the museum at internal and external events to strengthen relationships and advance sponsorship opportunities.
Identify and maintain prospect pipeline of regional and national corporations.
Serve as primary point of contact for the corporate membership program, coordinating activation, welcome communications, ongoing engagement, and renewal notices.
Support the Director of Corporate Relations in executing the Annual Corporate Luncheon, one of the museum's major fundraising events.
Work closely with the museum's curatorial, education, marketing, and events teams to identify valuable and marketable sponsorship opportunities and create compelling proposals, decks, and project reports.
Conduct outreach to prospective PR firms and hospitality groups to support negotiations for event underwriting and in-kind product donations; this includes the museum's hotel program.
Collaborate with the development team on communications related to external committees and assist in securing corporate sponsors for PAMM's major annual fundraising events.
Engage with the Research and Date Coordinator to support corporate prospect research, donor briefings, and queries.
Work with development team to maintain accurate and up-to-date database records for corporate donations and constituents, including creating, updating, and correcting donor files.
Collaborate with the Events Manager to plan and manage private corporate rentals and branded activations.
Support the creation and administration of sponsorship agreements.
Coordinate and track all aspects of corporate giving, including contract execution, receivables, benefits fulfillment, reporting, while maintaining work plans and deadlines to ensure timely completion and follow-up actions.
Review and verify that corporate donor recognition is accurately included by program teams across museum's publications, digital platforms, on-site signage, etc.
Work with the Development Assistant to ensure timely processing of donations and event payments from corporate donors, as well as invoices, acknowledgment letters and other correspondence.
Contribute to monthly and quarterly fundraising reports by tracking corporate revenue, pipeline activity, and progress in coordination with the Director of Corporate Relations.
Provides support to Director of Corporate Relations with physical and digital filing, scheduling, maintaining supplies, preparation of meeting documents, follow up on pledges and other tasks as needed.
Be available to work evenings and weekends as required by museum events and sponsor activations.
