Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client
Required:

  • Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Celebration, FL (required);
  • IT work experience, including managing team(s) responsible for production and operations support (7+ years);
  • Experience overseeing the deployment, configuration, and lifecycle-managing desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and servers;
  • Experience overseeing of the installing/configuring hardware and software; perform upgrades, patches, and advanced technical support;
  • Experience overseeing of the designing and running ITSM processes: incident, problem, change, and request management;
  • Experience in coordinating enterprise software rollouts, updates, and patch management;
  • Experience monitoring and working service tickets; improving service desk performance and meeting SLAs;
  • Experience providing advanced network and telephony support;
  • Deliver on-site support for remote troubleshooting; travel 25-40% between locations;
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs;
  • Ability to climb a ladder, squat, stoop, push, crawl, and bend in all types of weather.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Lead and manage the delivery of IT services across the program, ensuring alignment with business needs and service level expectations.
  • Oversee the deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of IT assets including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printer, and servers.
  • Develop and implement IT service management processes: incident, problem, change, and request management.
  • Coordinate and support enterprise-wide software rollouts, updates, and patch management activities.
  • Monitor and improve service desk performance, timely resolution of user issues, and high customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements across all service delivery activities.
  • Responsible for reading and following the Department's Procedures and Policies.
