Job Description

Education:
Bachelor's Degrees in Communications, PR, Marketing, or related field, or MBA Degree and/or years of equivalent experience.
Professional Experience & Skills:
Experience: 5+ years in communications and PR roles, preferably in luxury, lifestyle, CPG, or wines & spirits.
Skills & Expertise:

• Strong track record in managing press and influencer programs. Paid media, digital, and/or social media experience is a plus.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to build and sustain relationships with media, influencers, and talent.
• Proven success influencing and gaining buy-in across internal teams and global matrix organizations.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking, reporting, and optimization.
• Strong project management and multitasking ability in fast-paced environments.
• Crisis communications experience and budget management skills.
• Knowledge of the U.S. three-tier distribution system is a plus.
