The Role

As a Manager, you'll be responsible for the recruitment delivery, relationship management and annual budget within a complex client solution. You'll support the Senior Manager & Client Operations Director in driving the achievement of the business area's commercial and people strategy.

Key Accountabilities



Things you will do:




Strong ability to build, maintain, and grow long-term client relationships Skilled in understanding client needs, anticipating challenges, and providing proactive solutions Capable of analyzing client data, KPIs, and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Strategic mindset to drive account growth and align client goals with company objectives

Skills & Experience



What you need to have to be successful:




Proven experience in leading and mentoring client service or account management teams Ability to motivate team members and foster a client-focused culture Skilled in performance management, coaching, and professional development Typically 5-8 years in client services, account management, or related roles -- with at least 2-3 years in a leadership position
