JOB SUMMARY
The key role of the Channel Marketing Manager is to partner with the Executive Director of Marketing in leading the growth and development of the Cle de Peau Beaute brand for the US market. The Manager, Channel Marketing develops and implements marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive traffic in Cle de Peau Beaute's distribution to maximize growth potential, drive long term profitability and build brand equity.
WHAT YOU WILL DO * Channel Strategy & Management

• You will lead the development and execution of marketing plans and sampling strategy, including product launches, promotional activities and merchandising strategy.
• You will define and implement retailer marketing programs, including the management of presentations, calendars, merchandising, promotional programs, sampling, and retailer ensure Channel specific needs are considered.
• You will partner with Media team to develop Channel specific advertising, promotions, and supporting content in collaboration with brand marketing, ecomm, and creative.
• You will identify and execute strategic marketing opportunities exclusive to the Channel as well as in-store & online branding programs, in partnership with sales, events, visual merchandising, and integrated marketing.

• Sales & Performance Management

• You will identify opportunities to increase sales, improve productivity and enhance customer omni experience.
• You will collaborate with Sales to develop tailored and impactful activations that resonate with customer base and align with brand objectives.
• You will analyze SKU and category performance in Channel to identify opportunities to grow key categories in each account.
• You will provide analysis and feedback on major product launches as well as core business performance.

• Marketing & Promotional Activations:

• You will collaborate with accounts to develop tailored and impactful activations that resonate with customer base and align with brand objectives.
• You will oversee the execution of product launches and promotional activities in store and online and collaborate with Events on seasonal events.
• You will identify opportunities to optimize marketing programs.
• You will initiate merchandising and visual opportunities specific to stores with visual merchandising team.
• You will monitor best practices in Beauty and Luxury sector to identify opportunities.

• Reporting & Budget:

• You will analyze marketing campaign performance tracking the success of each initiative.
• You will gather quantitative and qualitative feedback from the field to determine performance and impact of marketing programs and provide recommendations for program improvements.
• You will manage marketing budgets to ensure plans are executed on time and within financial guidelines.

• Team Management

• You will lead direct reports, including Channel Marketing Coordinator and Intern.

WHO YOU ARE

• You have 5+ years' marketing experience in beauty, retail or luxury experience.
• You have a bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required.
• You have exceptional analytical skills and financial acumen.

• You are a master of execution. Meticulous organization, excellent communication and consistent follow-through are a necessity.
• You are detail oriented with a strong sense of urgency and ability to manage deadlines with speed and accuracy.
• You must have strong leadership skills and ability to work with people from cross functional departments - dynamic, flexible, positive attitude.
• You can embrace both big picture objectives and have impeccable follow-through and time management skills
• You have organization and prioritization with a proven ability to multi-task and manage complexity.
• You have strong oral, written, communication and presentation skills.
• You have knowledge of current marketing trends, media industry news, competitive marketplace, and retail innovation.
• You are proficient in Excel, Power Point, Word.
• Circana (formerly NPD) reporting experience a plus.

The base pay for this position may vary based on geographic location. Actual base pay offered will be based on several factors including job-specific knowledge, education, skills, and depth of experience. In addition to base pay, we may offer additional forms of compensation as components of a total compensation package, including participation in our bonus program which features the ability to overachieve, in addition to a full range of competitive benefits.

$93,480 - $140,220/ year
