The base salary range for this position is commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education, and prior accomplishments. The position may be eligible for additional compensation, including a bonus, commission and/or equity, as applicable.

Position Description:




As a

Manager of Business Operations or Chief of Staff

, you are a strategic planner and operational executor who will drive projects across departments on the most meaningful areas of organizational focus. These departments include, but are not limited to: Customer Success, Operations, Field Services, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Product, and Technology.


You will report to various leaders in the organization and, as a key member of the leadership team at PAR, drive mission-critical projects across business units. You'll also support strategic planning and enable cross-functional collaboration across the organization.


This is a fast-track, high-impact role where you'll act as a thought partner to General Managers and senior leadership, and in some cases, operate as their delegate. Your work will span complex, evolving challenges, and your success will be measured by your ability to increase leverage, execution velocity, and strategic alignment at PAR.

What We're Looking For:




Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, marketing, sales, or tech An additional 2-4 years of experience working in a high-growth tech company High EQ and the ability to partner with and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization Team-first mindset and a passion for driving strategic and operational outcomes Self-starter with a high desire to learn, grow, and take initiative Strong execution skills with the ability to move quickly even amid ambiguity BA/BS degree or equivalent; MBA/MS preferred

Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Experience managing high-visibility projects and leading cross-functional efforts A calm, flexible, and collaborative presence in a fast-paced environment

Work directly with leadership to define strategic direction and organizational priorities Make leadership processes more effective--streamlining time, information, and decisions Collaborate with the executive team on goal-setting, strategic planning, and budgeting Drive cross-functional initiatives to execution, tracking milestones and outcomes Conduct research on opportunities, risks, and gaps--delivering clear recommendations to senior leaders Serve as a bridge between senior leadership and the broader org--advocating for what's best for the business overall Manage weekly executive team meetings: build agendas, prepare insights, track follow-ups Lead and support high-priority special projects across all business operations Serve as a proxy for the GM or CEO when needed--advising teams and aligning decisions Lead the creation of internal and external materials including investor decks, board presentations, client communications, all-hands, and off-sites Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment--pivoting fluidly based on leadership needs
