Store Manager

to lead our team, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Compensation:

Hourly pay plus commission - Hourly $18/hr - $20/hr depending on experience. Commission on retail sales and rentals.

Job Summary:

As the Store Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our Beaverton store, lead a small team of associates, and implement strategies to exceed sales and service goals. You'll have the opportunity to earn commission based on your personal performance while building meaningful relationships with customers and the community.

Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire the store team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service. Provide a welcoming and professional atmosphere for customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing, staff scheduling, and inventory management. Train, mentor, and motivate staff to excel in their roles and meet sales targets. Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment, with fully stocked and well-presented merchandise. Track store performance and collaborate with the corporate team to implement promotions and marketing strategies. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. And more!
