Summary

The Analytics Manager advances SSHEC's mission of providing world class healthcare in the community by delivering relevant information to key stakeholders to drive improvements in care quality, operational effectiveness, and risk management. The Analytics Manager serves as the principal officer with responsibility for operations and systems. The Manager leads efforts to derive a comprehensive business vision and coordinates the design, development and implementation activities for a shared clinical data exchange strategy that incorporates the needs of the patient, clinician and the community.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

I. Technology and Learning

a. Participates in continued learning and possess a willingness and ability to learn and utilize new technology and procedures that continue to develop in their role and throughout the organization.

b. Embraces technological advances that allow us to communicate information effectively and efficiently based on role.

Previous Meditech and vendor management experience preferred. Strong time management, organizational skills and project planning Excellent verbal and written communications skills Experience preferably in a hospital setting.
