Job Description
35-40 hour work week with OT from time to time depending on staffing levels. The successful candidate will be responsible for motivating nonsupervisory employees, providing performance feedback and for completing a variety of administrative functions related to their job. The right candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a creative mindset and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the work of a staff of workers.
- Supervise the work of shift workers.
- Supervise the work of on-call employees.:Evaluate employees\' productivity and communicate performance issues to HR.
- Make sure employees are using approved methods and following policies set forth by the company.
