This is a full-time opportunity. o Begin as a Financial Professional to gain firsthand experience in client relationships, business development, and financial solutions. o Learn to provide guidance on retirement planning, investments, and protection strategies. o Complete required licensing and training to prepare for leadership. We pay for license training and FINRA exams. o After your first year, transition into a paid six-month intensive management training program. o Recruit,coach,anddevelopateamoffinancialprofessionals. Qualifications: o Prior sales, business ownership, or management experience preferred. o Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree a plus, but not required. o Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills. o Commitment to professional and personal growth. o Ability to pass state insurance licensing and FINRA registrations (training and support provided). o Must reside in Northern California.
