Great Lakes Division Office is expanding in Grand Rapids and West Michigan and is currently hiring 10 motivated individuals for our Entry-Level to Management Trainee Program.
We proudly represent American-made homecare maintenance equipment and are seeking dependable, enthusiastic candidates interested in long-term advancement and leadership opportunities.
No prior management or industry experience is required. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and a team-based environment designed to help you succeed and grow within the company.

Position Responsibilities
Work effectively as part of a team
Set up and display company equipment
Explain product features and demonstrate proper use
Provide excellent customer service
Assist customers with questions
Light assembly
Basic marketing and advertising support
Write up customer orders
Learn and properly use company equipment (training provided)
Ability to lift 25-30 lbs
Local travel to customer appointments (transportation provided)
Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older
Neat, professional appearance
Willingness to learn and follow training
Team-oriented, motivated, and dependable
Ability to start immediately
