This is a
full-time, on-site position in a retail setting
, where you'll interact directly with customers and work closely with store teams to support client campaigns and drive brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with sales and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness
Engage with customers in person to provide product information and service
Build and maintain customer relationships through face-to-face interaction
Support retail-based promotions and events
Participate in ongoing training sessions focused on leadership and team development
Track performance metrics and report progress to team leads
Qualifications
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced retail environment
Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is helpful but not required
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and available for full-time, on-site work in Cherry Hill, NJ
