Description:
The Management Trainee is a junior officer position designed to prepare an individual for a career in banking.
A candidate is typically a recent college graduate with a degree in business and has little or no banking experience.
The individual will begin a program of internal & external training and mentorship designed for education in various aspects of banking.
This program usually follows a plan of training that provides a scheduled rotation through various departments and/or functions of the Bank over the course of one to two years.
Responsibilities may include preparation of financial statement analysis, research industry information, generate loan portfolio reports, document preparation, market and business development, customer service and/or other duties within the various Bank departments.
Provides a high level of service; and ensures compliance with Bank policies and procedures.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting and/or equivalent experience
