PRIMARY PURPOSE: As a Spa Host, you will set the stage for the guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to exceed guest expectations
- Follow all departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies
- Maintain spa facilities and locker areas ensuring they are well stocked and in tidy and sanitary condition at all times, and assist them with the use of sauna, steam, whirlpools, and other spa amenities
- Assist guests with booking spa services via spa software; direct guests to their appointments, manage cash bank daily, and retain the knowledge of spa/salon services, products, and booking software
- Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products
- Health Card
