Male Locker Room & Spa Attendants

to join our team. This position supports the operations of our treatment and locker areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and seamless flow between guest services.

Position Details

Status: Part-Time (approximately 20-25 hours per week) Compensation: $15 per hour Location: Kingsport, Tennessee Available Shifts: Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends

Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the men's locker room and adjacent spa areas. Support the spa's laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and restocking linens. Assist in turning over treatment rooms between guests to ensure readiness and sanitation. Perform general cleaning duties in guest and staff areas, including sweeping, mopping, dishes, and
restocking refreshment stations.

Monitor spa amenities such as water, coffee, and snack displays to maintain presentation and
availability.

Work closely with Spa Coordinators and service providers to ensure smooth daily operations. Uphold the calm, professional atmosphere of the spa at all times, supporting the Three Creeks
standard of excellence.

Qualifications

Prior experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or spa environments preferred. Ability to lift, carry, and transport up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs safely with loads. Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining a consistent work pace. Professional demeanor and commitment to maintaining guest privacy and comfort. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
