We are looking for a 2nd shift Make-Ready Technician for Flexographic Press Support.

Responsibilities

Prepare materials for press runs (plates, dies, inks, substrates) Mount plates and dies to job specifications Assist with mixing Stage raw materials for upcoming jobs Review job tickets to confirm accurate setup Assist with registration and test prints Keep work area clean and organized Coordinate with press operators for smooth changeovers Follow all safety and conduct guidelines Perform basic press maintenance Monitor print setup for quality standards Contribute to safety, quality, and process improvement

Qualifications/Skills Required

High School Diploma or GED required Applicants should have prior offset printing experience, including knowledge of plate mounting, ink / color matching, foil stamping, die cutting Possess excellent computer skills Ability to lift 10 - 15 pounds continuously with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift Must have good color vision Must have good mathematical skills Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, grasp and reach frequently Must be able to perform well under deadline constraints and meet quality standards Must be detail oriented and have excellent, quality driven work habits Must be able to work with and around inks, solvents, and other chemicals Willingness to work overtime when needed, including weekends Ability to work well with others and in a diverse workforce environment Must be eligible to work in the United States without restriction

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
