We are hiring an

EXPERIENCED Make-Ready Technician ONLY

for a

216-unit Class C apartment community

. This role is for someone who has

already worked apartment turns

and can step in without training.

If you do not have prior apartment make-ready or maintenance experience,

please do not apply

What You'll Be Doing

Turn vacant apartments quickly after move-out Complete full make-ready punch lists, including: Trash out vacant units Drywall repair, patching, and painting Appliance checks and minor repairs Plumbing repairs (toilets, faucets, leaks) Electrical repairs (outlets, switches, light fixtures) Door, lock, and hardware repairs Ensure apartments are fully move-in ready on schedule Work independently while keeping quality standards high Assist with additional maintenance tasks as needed
Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)

Minimum 2+ years apartment make-ready or maintenance experience

Proven ability to handle

high-volume turns

in a Class B or C community Strong working knowledge of: Basic plumbing and electrical Painting and drywall repair Ability to work fast

without sacrificing quality

Reliable, punctual, and self-directed
Physical & Work Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in occupied and vacant units Ability to work in a

busy, demanding environment

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
