Position Summary



The Maitre d'Hotel serves as the face of our fine dining restaurant, providing a polished first impression and ensuring a seamless, elevated guest experience. This role requires strong leadership, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Maitre d'hotel to join our fine dining establishment. The ideal candidates will have:


2 to 3 years of experience in fine dining service Previous experience working in luxury or high-end restaurants preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work well under pressure and maintain professionalism

Key Responsibilities


Greet and seat guests with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail Manage reservations, waitlists, and dining room flow Coordinate closely with front-of-house leadership, service staff, and kitchen team Address guest inquiries, preferences, and concerns with discretion and care Uphold the highest standards of service, presentation, and hospitality
