We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facility. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in maintenance tasks. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing repairs, conducting regular inspections, and supervising maintenance activities to ensure a safe and efficient environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on various systems within the facility. Maintain aesthetic standards. Troubleshoot and repair issues as they arise. Utilize schematics to understand and resolve complex maintenance problems. Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks Lead projects related to facility improvements and repairs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing all maintenance duties. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management.

Requirements

Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Ability to read and interpret schematics for various systems. Experience in maintenance is preferred. Propane filling experience. Excellent leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. Strong communication. Ability to use diagnostic tools as needed.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
