Job Description

Property Maintenance / Make Ready position for a property management company in Edmond.

*EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

Minimum of 5-6 years experience as maintenance / make ready.

Specific skills:



Painting - interior and exterior
Plumbing
Light electrical work
Install new light fixtures and ceiling fans
Wallpaper removal and drywall patch.
Install new appliances & repair (garbage disposal, electric oven, van hood, built-in microwave)
Install new sinks, vanities, mirrors, doors, wooden posts, etc.

SCREENING REQUIREMENTS



No criminal history.

Must have a valid Oklahoma driver's license.

Must agree to background checks.

OTHER QUALITIES:



Self-motivated, get the job done on a daily basis without close supervision.
Honest and reliable.
Salary: $18.00 to $21.00 /hour Depending on experience.

Experience:

Relevant maintenance: 5-6 years (Required) Must live on-site (Required).
