Raking by zone (per map) check/clear dumpsters, Lot 1- Lot 6, Lot 7, and Lot 5

Mowing grass and weed whacking every Tuesday weather permitting, using blowers to clear cuttings

Trimming low trees or Areca Palms, Shaping and trimming hedges/bushes, weeding under hedges and around buildings, follow with weed killer for weed control (non-chemical)

Ensure drainage and gutters are clear throughout the property, using blowers to clear parking lots and sidewalks

(as assigned)

Skim and test daily- Adjust chemicals as needed

Brush/scrub twice weekly

Vacuum and back wash weekly (cleaning the media/sand)

Keep proper inventory of chemicals to maintain pools integrity

Maintain Pentair salt cells by disassembling and cleaning thoroughly (Quarterly)

Ensure pool pumps are working properly and schedule repairs as needed

Schedule weeding at small pool and hedge trimming at large pool (Quarterly)

Pick up pool chemicals and or supplies as needed (Manager)

Checking shut off valves by building (quarterly)

Training on equipment use/cross training at pools and water shut downs (in progress)

Irrigation repairs, concrete or sidewalk repairs, water shut off by zone for valve replacement or plumbing emergencies

Inventory and service Tools and equipment as needed to ensure longest usage (monthly)

Power washing, scheduling Oleander trimming property perimeter, painting, grout repairs at pools, cleaning inside storm drains, chicken trapping and delivering, property inspections, planting grass seed/fertilizer, sign maintenance, installing water spigot locks or repairs, Bulk items removal, green house/bulk area maintenance

Purchase and pick up shop supplies to include but not limited to, gas for equipment, toilet paper, safety equipment, chemicals for pest control/weed control, replacement tools or equipment and be available for deliveries as scheduled by the RM

Organize and maintain pump rooms, organize, and maintain shop storage/equipment

The position comes with vacation/sick pay. Starting pay is $19 per hour with a pay/performance evaluation after 3 months. No experience required.
